With over 40 years of dental experience caring for patients all over Tennessee, Dr. Samuel L Shackelford, DDS, JD is well versed in general dentistry with an emphasis in orthodontics and implant restoration.
Originally hailing from Pulaski, Tennessee, Dr. Sam Shackelford brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. Joined by his dynamic team you’ll feel cared for and welcome with a side of small town charm.
Dr. Jeffrey Moore, D.D.S.
Dr. Jeffrey Moore received his B.S. with honors from University of Tennessee at Martin. He then earned his doctor of dental surgery degree from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences, Memphis. His dental career began in the United States Air Force before entering private practice. Dr. Moore is experienced in all aspects of dentistry and has practiced for 36 years with the last 20 being in Brentwood, Tennessee. Dr. Moore joined practice with Dr. Shackelford in 2019 and currently lives in Columbia.

Kim Dickey is our clinical administator with 15 years of experience.
Lorie Noblit is a certified and registered dental assistant and certified in coronal polishing with 35 years experience
